| What do I do when my VidoePhone does not work? |
Your VideoPhone is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase (till slip required as proof).
a) If you do not wish to keep your VideoPhone, return undamaged, the instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 7(seven) days from the date of purchase to Telkom SA and they will give you a refund if the VideoPhone was purchased from Telkom SA.
b) If you return your faulty VideoPhone together with all the accessories and the till slip within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, providing the VideoPhone was purchased from Telkom SA, has not been damaged or abused, Telkom SA will have the VideoPhone replaced after they have done some basic tests
