What do I do when my Ultimate B100 does not work?

Your Ultimate B100 is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase (till slip required as proof).

a) If you do not wish to keep your Ultimate B100, return undamaged, the instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to Telkom SA and they will give you a refund if the Ultimate B100 was purchased from Telkom SA.

b) If you return your faulty Ultimate B100 instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 12 months from the date of purchase , providing the Ultimate B100 was purchased from Telkom SA, has not been damaged or abused, Telkom SA will have the Ultimate B100 Ultimate B100 relaced after they have done some basic tests.

What type of batteries can I use in my phone? AAA rechargeable NI-MH batteries with a power rating of 550/750 mAh.
Why can’t I register more than 2 handsets to the Ultimate B100 base station? The Ultimate B100 can support ONLY TWO handsets.
When my Ultimate B100 is out side the guarantee period of 12 months and does not work, what do I do? Any company capable of repairing telephones can repair your Ultimate B100. We however recommend the following companies,
