What do I do when my Ultimate 535 does not work?

Your Ultimate 535 is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase (till slip required as proof).

a) If you do not wish to keep your Ultimate 535, return undamaged, the instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to Telkom SA and they will give you a refund if the Ultimate 535 was purchased from Telkom SA.

b)If you return your faulty Ultimate 535 together with all the accessories and the till slip within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, providing the Ultimate 535 was purchased from Telkom SA, has not been damaged or abused, Telkom SA will have the Ultimate 535 replaced after they have done some basic tests.
When my Ultimate 535 is outside the guarantee period of 12 (twelve) months and does not work, what do I do? Any company capable of repairing telephones can repair your sMessage. We however recommend the following companies,
