| What do I do when my PocketPC does not work? |
Your PocketPC is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase (till slip required as proof).
a) If you do not wish to keep your PocketPC, return undamaged, the instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to Telkom SA and they will give you a refund if the PocketPC was purchased from Telkom SA
b) If you return your faulty PocketPC together with all the accessories and the till slip within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, providing the PocketPC was purchased from Telkom SA, has not been damaged or abused, Telkom SA will have the PocketPC replaced after they have done some basic tests. |
| When my PocketPC is outside the guarantee period of 12 (twelve) months and does not work, what do I do? |
As your PocketPC is a very sophisticated piece of electronic equipment, we recommend that Telkom SA be approached regarding the repair of your PocketPC. They will recommend where the repair should be undertaken. |
