| What do I do when my EasiHeadSet does not work? |
Your EasiHeadSet is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase (till slip required as proof).
a) If you do not wish to keep your EasiHeadSet, return undamaged, the instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to Telkom SA and they will give you a refund if the phone was purchased from Telkom SA. If the phone was purchased from another retailer, please check their retail pollicies.
b) If you return your faulty EasiHeadSet together with all the accessories and the till slip within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, providing the telephone has not been damaged or abused, Telkom SA will have the telephone replaced after they have done some basic tests. If the EasiHeadSet was purchased from another retailer, please check their retail pollicies. |
