| What do I do when my Telkom Fax 100 does not work? |
Your Telkom Fax 100 is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase (till slip required as proof).
a) If you do not wish to keep your Telkom Fax 100 , return undamaged, the instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to Telkom SA and they will give you a refund if the Telkom Fax 100 was purchased from Telkom SA. If the Battery Charger was purchased from another retailer, please check their retail pollicies.
b) If you return your faulty Telkom Fax 100 together with all the accessories and the till slip within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, providing the Telkom Fax 100 has not been damaged or abused, Telkom SA will have the Telkom Fax 100 replaced after they have done some basic tests. If the Telkom Fax 100 was purchased from another retailer, please check their retail pollicies. |
