What do I do when my Cord Caddy does not work?

Your Cord Caddy is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase (till slip required as proof).

(a) If you do not wish to keep your Cord Caddy, return undamaged, the instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to Telkom SA and they will give you a refund if the Cord Caddy was purchased from Telkom SA. If the Cord Caddy was purchased from another retailer, please check their retail pollicies.

(b) If you return your faulty Cord Caddy together with all the accessories and the till slip within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, providing the Cord Caddy has not been damaged or abused, Telkom SA will have the Cord Caddy replaced after they have done some basic tests. If the Cord Caddy was purchased from another retailer, please check their retail pollicies
When my Cord Caddy is outside the guarantee period of 12 (twelve) months and does not work, what do I do?
