| What do I do when my Big Button Ultimate does not work? |
Your Big Button Ultimate is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase (till slip required as proof).
a) If you do not wish to keep your Big Button Ultimate, return undamaged, the instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to Telkom SA and they will give you a refund if the Big Button Ultimate was purchased from Telkom SA.
b)If you return your faulty Big Button Ultimate together with all the accessories and the till slip within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, providing the Big Button Ultimate was purchased from Telkom SA, has not been damaged or abused, Telkom SA will have the Big Button Ultimate replaced after they have done some basic tests. |
