| What do I do when my Battery Charger does not work? |
Your Battery Charger is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase (till slip required as proof).
a) If you do not wish to keep your Battery Charger, return undamaged, the instrument with all the accessories in the packing box, together with the till slip within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to Telkom SA and they will give you a refund if the Battery Charger was purchased from Telkom SA. If the Battery Charger was purchased from another retailer, please check their retail pollicies.
b) If you return your faulty Battery Charger together with all the accessories and the till slip within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, providing the Battery Charger has not been damaged or abused, Telkom SA will have the Battery Charger replaced after they have done some basic tests. If the Battery Charger was purchased from another retailer, please check their retail pollicies. |
